This template posts a message on a page including sample code. The key purposes of this message are to ensure that the user is aware that code may need adapting to meet the user's purposes, and to point the user in the direction of the stiki's disclaimer.

Usage

The message is intended to be placed on the first line of the page in question (if there are multiple sections of code) or at the top of the section containing the code (if the code is not the main focus of the page).
